TOKYO, June 21, 2017 - Matsui Securities Co., Ltd. ("the Company") hereby announces that the effective date of the commemorative dividend will be scheduled in the fiscal year ending March 2019, not in the fiscal year ending March 2018 if the Company resolves to pay out the commemorative dividend.
As the background, the Company will celebrate its 100th anniversary in May 2018, and then the Company has recently received several inquiries from media, shareholders, investors, analysts with respect to the commemorative dividend. The Company confirms that it is considering whether or not to pay out the commemorative dividend as well as the amount in this regards, however nothing has been decided at this point.
If any facts pertaining to this matter are decided, a disclosure will be made in due course.
