Signingof Agreements for Three Offshore s Two Onshore Exploration BlocksReference our previous disclosures vide letter numbers, CA-25-4519, dated 14 May 2025, CA-25-4818, dated October 15, 2025, and CA-25-4838, dated November 13, 2025.
We are pleased to inform you that on 2nd December 2025, the Government of Pakistan executed five agreements covering three offshore and two onshore blocks where Mari Energies Limited is a partner together with Turkish Petroleum Overseas Company (TPOC), Oil C Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL), Prime International Oil C Gas Company Limited (Prime), Government Holdings (Private) Limited (GHPL), and Fatima Petroleum (Private) Limited (Fatima Petroleum) as per following:
