The Company has received a No Objection Letter dated 16th July, 2025 from the Reserve Bank of India for change in name of the Company from "Savani Financials Limited" to "Mantra Capital Limited", subject to compliance with applicable laws and necessary approvals from the concerned regulatory authorities including the Registrar of Companies (ROC)
