19 December 2025, 07:00 UTC   Arc Minerals Ltd ('Arc' or the 'Company') Management Change   Arc Minerals (LSE:ARCM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Rémy Welschinger as the Company's new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Rémy, who is currently a Non-Executive Director of the Company will take up the role of Executive Director and CEO with effect from  2 January 2026.  Nick von Schirnding, current Executive Chairman will transition to becoming Non-executive Chairman of the Company, from the same date thereby ensuring an orderly handover process.   Rémy is President of Viridian Lithium SAS, an industrial company based in France.
