AMMC approval of the annual update of the information dossier related to the commercial paper issuance program of Managem

Rabat, March 12th, 2026

The AMMC informs the public that it has approved, on March 12th, 2026, under the reference VI/EM/006/2026, the annual update of the information dossier related to the commercial paper issuance program of Managem.

The information dossier approved by the AMMC is composed of:

• The reference document related to the financial year 2024 and the first half of 2025, registered by the AMMC on March 12th, 2026, under the reference EN/EM/006/2026;

• The note of the commercial paper issuance program registered by the AMMC on March 4th, 2025, under the reference EN/EM/004/2025.

  The main characteristics of the program are as follows:

  • Ceiling of the program : 2.000.000.000 MAD ;

  • Unit nominal value : 100.000 MAD ;

  • Maturity : from 10 days to 12 months ;

  • Interest rate: fixed for each issuance depending on market conditions.

  The approved information dossier is also:

• Available to the public :

  • At Managem headquarters and on its website;

  • At Attijariwafa bank headquarters, 2 boulevard Moulay Youssef, Casablanca.
