In continuation of our earlier disclosure dated August 14, 2025, made Under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (''SEBI Listing Regulations''), we wish to inform you that the Company has received another tranche of consideration towards the sale of its entire 80% shareholding in Emirates Technologies Private Limited ("ETPL"), a subsidiary of the Company. All other terms and details of the transaction, as disclosed on the aforesaid date, remain unchanged.
