Pursuant to regulation 30 read with regulation 33 of the SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI circular No. CIR/ CFD/ CMD-1/142/2018 dated November 19, 2018 regarding disclosure of reasons for delay in submission of financial results, we hereby inform you that the company has been unable to submit the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026 within the prescribed timelines under Regulation 33 of SEBI Regulations. The delay has arisen due to certain unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances, including the extensive travel commitments of Key Managerial Personnel and director in connection with ongoing project execution, monitoring and realisation activities which affected their availability for timely consideration and finalisation of accounts. The comapny and auditors are making all possible efforts to process and finalize the Unaudited Financial results at the earliest.
