Mahalaxmi Seamless Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to the above subject, we hereby inform you that the Board Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday, 13th August, 2026 at 04:00 p.m. at the Registered Office of the Company, inter alia, to consider and approve the following matters:1. The Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report thereon; and2. The change in designation of the Chairperson of the Company from Mr. Madhavprasad Govindram Jalan to Mr. Vivek Madhavprasad Jalan and to designate Mr. Vivek Madhavprasad Jalan as the Chairperson of the Company with effect from such date as may be decided by the Board.
