Magyar Telekom will be entitled for the usage of the above renewed frequency blocks until June 28, 2042, which fixed term may be once extended by five years without conducting a competitive tendering process and payment of any additional one-time fee. Magyar Telekom is required to pay a total price of HUF 11.0 billion for the renewed frequency blocks, with 5% of the price due in 15 days and the remaining amount paid in four equal instalments, in January 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030 respectively. The present value of this liability will be booked in the first quarter of 2026. The present value of the future band fees related to these renewed frequency blocks is approximately HUF 8.0 billion, which will also be booked in the first quarter of 2026.
