In accordance with its extraordinary announcement on February 25, 2026, and based on the related authorization approved by the Annual General Meeting (Resolution No. 8/2026 (IV.8)) the Company intends to purchase Magyar Telekom ordinary shares with a maximum total value of HUF 50.0 billion for the purpose of shareholders' remuneration. The maximum number of shares to be purchased is 181,796,446 considering that, based on the relevant legislation and the above-mentioned resolution of the General Meeting, the shares planned to be purchased together with the treasury shares already held by Magyar Telekom shall not at any time exceed 25% of the effective share capital of the Company at all times. The share buybacks will be carried out on the Budapest Stock Exchange via daily trading, and through negotiated transactions, on actual market prices. The share buyback announced in this announcement is scheduled from May 14, 2026 until no later than June 26, 2026.
