We hereby inform you that the Company's proposed Trademarks ''BOOKMYYATRA'' AND ''BOOKMYYATRA.COM'' are duly accepted by Hon'ble Registrar of Trademark, Delhi and advertised in Trademark Journal (Official Gazette of the Trade Marks Registry). However, a suit has been instituted before High Court, Delhi against these accepted trademarks by Yatra Online Limited. Further, the matter is listed for hearing on January 29, 2025 before the learned Joint Registrar and on April 29,2025 before the Hon'ble High Court. The said Notice has been received by the Company on 14th December, 2024.Therefore, the Company will take suitable actions regarding the matter in Court of Law.The above information will also be made available on the Company's website at www.machconferences.com .You are requested to kindly take the same on your records.
