M3 Group's business objective is "making use of the Internet to increase, as much as possible, the number of people who can live longer and healthier lives, and to reduce, as much as possible, the amount of unnecessary medical costs." Based on the recognition that the maintenance and conservation of the global environment is an essential element for the continuation of business and that the global environment is the foundation for sustainability and growth, M3 Group will strive to conserve resources and energy, and reduce the burden on the global environment in all its business activities in accordance with this Policy. In addition, M3 Group will strive to improve energy efficiency and make effective use of resources, aiming for harmony between humanity and nature, and will also work to maintain biodiversity and contribute to the continuous improvement of the natural environment. M3 Group's Basic Policy on Environmental Conservation M3 Group will conduct its corporate activities with consideration for the global environment as follows. Compliance with Environmental Laws and Regulations, etc. M3 Group will comply with laws and regulations, etc. related to environmental conservation in the countries and regions in which it operates. Response to Climate Change Recognizing the impact of climate change and related risks and opportunities, M3 Group will work to mitigate and adapt to climate change. Reduction of Environmental Impact and Resource Conservation In promoting all business activities, M3 Group recognizes the importance of efficient and sustainable use of energy and resources and will strive for continuous improvement to reduce environmental impact through reducing greenhouse gas emissions, actively introducing renewable energy, reducing energy and resource consumption, promoting waste reduction and recycling, reducing water consumption, reducing the impact on the atmosphere, reducing waste and building a procurement network, etc. that takes into account the natural environment.
