Releases FY25 Impact Report

lululemon today released its FY25 Impact Report, detailing progress across its People and Planet priorities as part of the company's first full year reporting against Impact Agenda 2030.

The report outlines performance against lululemon's impact goals, highlights key milestones achieved during FY25, and provides updates on areas where work remains underway as the company continues advancing its long-term impact commitments.

This year's report marks an important transition point, providing the first implementation updates for a number of Impact Agenda 2030 commitments and final results against several 2025 goals.

Impact progress and FY25 Report highlights

For people and communities, lululemon:

  • Surpassed its 2025 supply chain wellbeing goal, with more than 102,000 workers participating in wellbeing programs between 2021 and 202511 This metric was tracked primarily through our Vendor Grant program. Data was self-reported by supplier grantees. We used a conservative approach intended to minimize double counting..
  • Surpassed its 2025 community investment goal, contributing $80 million through lululemon Gives between 2021 and 2025.

For the planet, lululemon:

  • Expanded opportunities to extend product use, with repair or resale opportunities available in 65% of global markets44 "Global markets" refers to markets where lululemon operates. This does not include outlets, pop-ups, airport stores, franchise markets, or markets with fewer than four stores. As of 2025, resale was offered only in the United States; in August 2026, we expanded to an online resale shop in Canada. and more than 69,000 products repaired for guests during FY25.

During FY25, lululemon completed a nature impact assessment informed by global frameworks to help shape the company's nature approach and reported on areas where progress remains underway, including addressing emissions across its supply chain and preferred materials adoption.
