LTKM Berhad ('the Company') writes to inform that the Company had on 15 October 2015, incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary known as Jarom Firstville Sdn Bhd ('JFSB') (1162206-H).
The issued and paid-up share capital of JFSB is RM1,000.00, comprising of 1,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, with the Company and Datuk Tan Kok as the first subscribers of the shares. Datuk Tan Kok's one (1) subscriber share will be transferred back to the Company subsequently.
The intended principal business activity of JFSB is to carry on the business relating to property development, and other business as permitted in the Memorandum of Association of the JFSB.
Except as disclosed above, none of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the said incorporation.
The incorporation of this subsidiary is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings or net assets of the Company for the current financial year March 2016.
