Subject: Material Decision Through Resolution by Circular
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that LSE Capital Limited ("the Company") intends to place a resolution through circulation before the Board of Directors for consideration of certain non-financial business matters.
Therefore, the Company has declared a "Closed Period" from April 9, 2026 till the communication of the decision to the Exchange, as required under clause 5.6.4 (d) of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no director, CEO or Executive shall directly/indirectly deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the close period.
You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
