Paris, May 7, 2026 LOUIS HACHETTE GROUP ANNUAL COMBINED GENERAL MEETING Shareholders approve all resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors The Group announces the creation of a joint venture between Hachette Livre and STUDIOCANAL dedicated to developing adaptations of literary works for film and television Louis Hachette Group convened its shareholders for the Annual Combined General Meeting at the Casino de Paris, on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 2:30 p.m., chaired by Mr. Jean-Christophe Thiery, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. All resolutions submitted to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders were approved, including: the approval of the 2025 annual and consolidated financial statements and the distribution of a dividend of €0.06 per share, with an ex-dividend date of May 7, 2026, and paid as of May 11, 2026, the renewal of the terms of office of Board members Sophie Chassat, Maud Fontenoy, and Arnaud de Puyfontaine for a period of four years, the renewal of the various financial authorizations granted to the Board of Directors.
