Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities in the Company by all the Designated Person including their immediate relatives shall remain close from July 01, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2025.
