The Company LORDOSUNITEDPUBLICLTD(the "Company") would like to inform the investing public that it does not have direct transactions with Russian and Ukrainian companies, and therefore is not expected to be directly affected by the Russian-Ukrainian crisis.

However, international market conditions with raw material prices rising almost daily are expected to significantly affect the cost of products produced.

As a result of the uncertainty that exists internationally, regarding the development and duration of the war, the Company closely monitors the upward trend of raw material prices, which is accompanied by shortages in supply.

Following the developments in the global market, the Company adjusts proportionally the selling prices of its products in the local market.

At this stage the Company is not in a position to calculate the extent of the indirect financial impact on the financial results.
