Changes in the management of the administrator of the issuer
SAI Muntenia Invest SA, the administrator of Longshield Investment Group SA, informs shareholders and investors, in addition to the current report from 03.01.2025, regarding the fact that on 24.01.2025 the mandate of Deputy General Director (member of the executive management) of Mr. Sergiu Mihailov, ended by reaching the deadline. We remind that, in accordance with the information presented in the current report of Longshield Investment Group SA of 28.10.2024, Mr. Sergiu Mihailov, appointed as director for a new four-year term starting on 24.01.2025, is in progress of authorization by the Financial Supervisory Authority.
We also remind that, according to the information presented in the current report of Longshield Investment Group SA from 04.10.2024, Mr. Ștefan Dumitru, elected as general director for a 4-year term starting on 19.10.2024, is in authorization course by the Financial Supervisory Authority.
As a result of the situation presented above, the Board of Directors of SAI Muntenia Invest SA established that, starting from 24.01.2025, the current activity of the company, until the authorization of the General Director and/or the Deputy General Director by the Supervisory Authority Financial, to be ensured by the Board of Directors, according to the continuity plan, by the heads of departments involved in the company's activity, within the limits of their attributions, under the coordination of Mr. Adrian Simionescu - President of the Board of Directors.
