Solar projects deploy next-generation "Back Contact" solar technology while safeguarding newly unearthed archaeological site
ATHENS, Greece, June 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- LONGi Solar Europe, a global leader in solar technology innovation, has signed a photovoltaic module supply agreement with FARIA RENEWABLES, a leading vertical energy investment company and Independent Power Provider (IPP). LONGi agreed to deliver over 125,000 high-efficiency Hi-MO9 solar modules to power two utility-scale solar plants in the Thessaly region of Greece the 45.5MW "Athamas" project in Almyros and the 36MW "Mykonos" project in Farsala.
