5.Cause of occurrence:The conversion price of Longchen P&P's 2nd domestic
unsecured convertible bonds shall will be adjusted in accordance with the
rules of issuance and conversion.
6.Countermeasures:Due to the cash dividends distribution of common shares,
the conversion price of Longchen P&P's 2nd domestic unsecured convertible
bonds shall will be adjusted in accordance with the rules of issuance
and conversion.
With effect from 2022/07/11, the conversion price for Longchen P&P's 2nd
domestic unsecured convertible bonds will be adjusted from NT$26.20 to
NT$24.40 per share.
