The acquisition will accelerate the expansion of Logipix US Corporation’s sales, marketing and strategic business development.
Michael Broggie Jr., CEO and executive director of Logipix US, will join Logipix International as COO and as a member of the Board of Directors, reporting to CEO and board chairman Douglas Solomon. Mr. Broggie will continue to serve as President of Logipix US Corporation.
