NOTIFICATION OF APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS- LIVINGTRUST MORTGAGE BANK PLC
This is to notify the Nigerian Exchange Limited (The Exchange) and members of the public, particularly the shareholders of LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc (the Bank) that the Central Bank of Nigeria has approved the appointment of the following new Directors effective March 21, 2025:

Prior to his appointment, Mr. Timothy Gbadeyan was the Company Secretary/Group Head, Legal and Corporate Strategy. Timothy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Ilorin, after which he attended the Nigerian Law School. He holds Masters Degree in Business Administration from UCAM University, Spain. He also holds a PGD in General Administration from Cambridge International Qualifications, United Kingdom. He is a Certified Project Management Professional and an Associate Member of the Chartered Management Institute, United Kingdom. He will serve as the Executive Director in charge of Mortgage Services.
Dr. Gbadebo Ayinde has extensive experiential background in town planning and the built sector. He holds an HND in Town Planning from The Polytechnic, Ibadan and a Master's Degree from the Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye. He obtained his PhD from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. He also holds a Certificate in Project Management. Between 2003 and 2007, he served as a Member of the House of Representatives, where he was the Deputy Chairman, House Committee on Works. He will serve as the Executive Director in charge of the Public Sector Group of the Bank.
The non-executive directors include Hon. Olusola Ogungbile. He holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration and has about 20years banking experience. He currently serves as the Commissioner for Finance, Osun State while Mr. Adeola Olajide, who holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, UK was formerly a Partner at PWC (PricewaterHouseCoopers). Other approved board members include Mr. Olanrewaju Afolabi, who has over 20years experience in Mortgage Banking and holds a degree in Economics
The Independent non-executive directors include Mrs. Adedoyin Amosun, a Chartered Accountant with 27years experience and a former Associate Director at PWC (PricewaterHouseCoopers), while Dr. Kamaldeen Adekilekun has a PhD in Law and has over 20years experience. Mr. Michael Omolaja, a former General Manager at FirstBank, has over 30years experience. He holds a Masters in Intelligence and Strategic Studies.
Similarly, Mrs. Dorcas Oluwaseun Ajayi has been appointed as the Acting Company Secretary/Head, Legal Services of the Bank. Dorcas has over 17years post-call experience and has worked as in-house counsel at senior level for almost 10years.
