(TSXV: ROAR) (FSE: KGB) (OTCQB: LRRIF) ("Lion Rock" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has received Conditional Use Permit (CUP) approval from Lawrence County, South Dakota for mining and bulk sampling at its past-producing Volney Critical Minerals and Gold Project in the Black Hills of South Dakota, USA. The CUP grants local approval for mining pegmatite on the property. The Company is now in the process of applying for a state mining license that would authorize mining and offtake of lithium, tin, and tantalum bearing pegmatite at Volney.
