Description
The Board of Directors of Lion Asiapac Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Angkasa Transport Equipment Sdn Bhd ("ATE"), a dormant wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, was placed under members' voluntary winding up and dissolved on 3 October 2012 pursuant to Section 272(5) of the Malaysia Companies Act, 1965.
The dissolution of ATE is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share and net asset value per share of the Company and the Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2013.
