increase

5.Cause of occurrence:
  The call period for 2021 cash capital increase is from Feb. 22, 2022
  to Mar. 24, 2022.
6.Countermeasures:
  (1) The existing shareholders and employees who fail to submit the payment
      lose the subscription rights since Mar. 24, 2022.
  (2) The proceeds of cash capital increase of the Company has been fully
      collected on Feb. 25, 2022, and listing date the certificates of
      payment in TWSE is Mar. 3,2022.
  (3) For shareholders and employees who submitted the payment during
      the call period, the shares will be deposited in the custodian account
      at TDCC on April 13, 2022.
