On the morning of June 3, 2025, in Hanoi, the signing ceremony for Contract Package XL04-TAMR - the main construction and installation package of the Tri An Hydropower Plant Expansion Project - officially took place between Vietnam Electricity (EVN), Power Project Management Board No. 3 (EVNPMB3), and the Joint Venture of Contractors, with LILAMA 10 Joint Stock Company (LILAMA 10) playing a key role.
This marks a significant milestone in the implementation of Vietnam Electricity (EVN)'s sustainable energy development strategy, as well as that of Power Project Management Board No. 3 (EVNPMB3). It also represents the next step in the journey of affirming the position of LILAMA 10 - a leading brand in the field of industrial and energy construction and installation in Vietnam.

The XL04-TAMR package includes high-technical-requirement construction items such as the intake gate, penstock, powerhouse, discharge canal, connection to the existing power system, and temporary facilities for construction. With a total value of over VND 1,450 billion and a duration of 960 days, the project presents a significant challenge in ensuring progress while maintaining strict standards of quality and technical safety.
