In pursuance to the provisions of Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, have appointed Mr. Kishan Sharma (DIN: 01168525) and Mr. Radhey Shyam Soni (DIN: 07962657) as Additional Directors of the Company under the category of Non-Executive Independent Directors who shall hold office up to the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
