Today’s general meeting in Zurich was attended by 102 shareholders representing 453,102 shares. The independent proxy represented 1,152 shareholders with 11,252,476 shares. The total attendance was approximately 64% of the issued shares of Leonteq. All five members of the Board of Directors proposed for re-election were elected for a further term of office of one year. In addition, Christopher Chambers was re-elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Shareholders also elected Barbara Heller and Juerg Steiger as new independent members of the Board of Directors.
