SHAREHOLDERS' NOTICE DIVIDEND PAYMENTShareholders are informed that the Ordinary Shareholder's Meeting of Leonardo
- Società per azioni, held in Rome on 7 May 2026, approved the financial statements for the year 2025 and the payment of a dividend equivalent to euro
0.63 per share, before tax, if any.
The dividend will be paid as of June 24, 2026, with record date (i.e. the date of entitlement to the dividend payment) June 23, 2026 and after detachment of coupon no. 16 on ex-dividend date June 22, 2026.
The payment, depending on the recipients, is subject to substitute tax, withholding tax at source or contributes to taxable income of the recipient according to the applicable tax regime.
The Shareholders will be able to collect the dividend from their respective intermediaries.
