Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Company is entering into Asset Purchase Agreement to undertake purchase of certain specific assets(described in attached disclosure) of M/s Munchin Foods, Partnership Firm at a cost of Rs 1.50 Crore. Detailed disclosure is attached
