Lendlease recognised for sustainability leadership in investment management: 2025 GRESB rankings

Sydney - Lendlease has been recognised for its leadership in sustainability performance in the 2025 GRESB real estate assessment, receiving six Global Sector Leader and 17 Regional Sector Leader awards across its international investments platform, with nine Lendlease funds achieving first place in their peer group. These results reflect Lendlease's industry-leading investment management capability, and strong ESG performance across commercial, retail, residential and life science sectors. 2025 GRESB highlights Australian Prime Property Fund Commercial was acknowledged with both Global Sector Leader and Regional Sector Leader awards, and Australian Prime Property Fund Retail received a Regional Sector Leader award for its performance in retail across Oceania . Lendlease's development Victoria Cross Tower in North Sydney achieved first place in the Australian high-rise office development benchmark. All five Lendlease funds in Asia achieved 5 Star GRESB ratings. Lendlease Global Commercial REIT , Paya Lebar Quarter Mall (which is held by Milano Holdings JV Ltd ) and Parkway Parade Partnership were recognised as Regional Sector Leaders in the retail category. Lendlease Global Commercial REIT and Paya Lebar Quarter Mall both achieved first place rankings in their respective peer groups. Lendlease's Americas Residential Partnership with Aware Super, and its Life Science Partnership with La Caisse, retained first place rankings among their peers and both received Regional Sector Leader awards. LRIP (Living by Lendlease ) achieved first place in its UK high-rise multi-family residential peer group in only its second year participating in GRESB. All Lendlease funds in Italy achieved 5 Star GRESB ratings. Lendlease MSG 1 (Italy) , Lendlease Renaissance I, and Lendlease MSG Heartbeat funds achieved first place in their respective peer groups. Lendlease Renaissance 1 and Lendlease MSG Heartbeat achieved perfect scores across management and performance categories and were recognised as Global and Regional Sector Leaders.
