PRESS RELEASE NOTICE OF DELAY IN THE RELEASE/PUBLICATION OF 2026 Q2 UNAUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ABUJA, NIGERIA - 10th March 2026 This is to inform Nigerian Exchange Limited ("NGX" or The "Exchange") and our esteemed shareholders and stakeholders that Legend Internet Plc (the "Company") was unable to file its Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended 31 January 2026 ("2026 Q2 UFS") by the regulatory filing deadline of 2 March 2026. The delay was occasioned by the need to complete final internal reviews and reconciliation of certain financial information to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the Company's financial disclosures before submission to The Exchange. The Company is working diligently to finalise the outstanding processes and anticipates filing its 2026 Q2 UFS on or before 22 March 2026.
