Transfer of an issue to another market or segment

BSE Board of Directors adopted the following decision at a session held under Record of Proceedings No. 56 of 25 July 2024:
With reference to a decision of the BSE Board of Directors under Record of Proceedings No. 04 of 18 January 2024, by which the issue of shares of Lavena AD (LAV), ISIN BG11LASUAT14, has been placed under surveillance for six (6) months and because of the failure to meet the criterion under Art. 7 (2), items 1 & 2 of Part III - Listing Rules, the BSE Board of Directors terminates the listing of this issue of shares on the BSE Main Market, Standard Equities Segment, as of 29 July 2024 (Monday).
On the grounds of Art. 45 (4) of Part III - Listing Rules, the BSE Board of Directors admits to trading on the BaSE Alternative Market, Equities Segment (market segment MIC: ABUL), the issue of shares of Lavena AD (LAV), ISIN BG11LASUAT14, as of Monday, 29 July 2024.
