As of March 31, 2026, Gilbert Dupont terminated the liquidity agreement entrusted to it by LATECOERE on July 2, 2012. This agreement has been established in accordance with applicable regulatory framework, and in particular AMF Decision No. 2021‑01 of 22 June 2021 and complies with the French Financial Markets Association (AMAFI) Code of Conduct.
