Delay in submission of 2025 audited financial statements

Lasaco Assurance Plc (the Company) wishes to notify Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), its shareholders and the investing public that the Company will not be able to file its Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December, 2025 (2025 AFS) within the regulatory due date.

This is due to the delay encountered in the valuation of our liabilities, which we rely on third parties to determine and the exigencies of the recapitalization process presently ongoing.

We are optimistic that the 2025 AFS will be submitted to NGX on or before 30th April, 2026 together with the 2026 Q1 UFS, and regret the inconveniences caused by the late submission of the 2025 AFS.
