The Board of Directors' Meeting of Laguna Resorts & Hotels Public Company Limited ("the Company") No. 3/2022 which is held on August 8, 2022 resolved the following significant matters:

  1. Acknowledged the retirement of Mr. Shankar Chandran, who is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), on 15 October 2022.
  2. Approved the appointment of Mr. Eddy See Hock Lye, to be the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to replace Mr. Shankar Chandran. The appointment will be effective on 15 October 2022.
