Appointment of chief financial officer

Lafarge Africa Plc (the "Company") hereby announces the resignation of Mr. Puneet Sharma as the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company with effect from 31stOctober 2025. The Board wishes him success in his future endeavours.

The Board of Lafarge Africa Plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Ke Zhigang as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from 1stNovember, 2025. Mr. Ke Zhigang is a strategic and result-driven financial expert with over 20 years experience in the cement manufacturing industry. Starting with an early career role in Huaxin Cement Co. Ltd in 2003, Mr. Ke Zhigang has served in various capacities and was appointed as the Overseas Regional Finance Director at Huaxin Cement Co. Ltd in 2018.

Mr. Ke Zhigang holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in accounting from Huazhong Agricultural University.

The Board wishes Mr. Ke Zhigang success in his role as the Chief Financial Officer.
