The Board approved to make an application to Karnataka State Financial Corporation (KSFC) to avail loan upto an amount of Rs. 1 Crore4. Any other business with the permission of the Chair and majority of the Board members present:The Board considered and approved to make an application to Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (KIADB) for allotment of industrial land for the Company.
