we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on Friday, July 17, 2026 commenced at 03:00 PM and concluded at 04:00 PM on physical mode at registered office of the Company situated at Village Girdhiyai & Baghelewala, Aliganj Road, Tehsil- Kashipur- 244713, U.S. Nagar (Uttarakhand) , has considered, approved and recommended to the Members for adoption of Audited Financial Statements for the FY ended as at 2025-26 and the 07th Annual Report including Board's Report for the FY 2025-26.The Board has approved the Notice of 07th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') incorporating the proposed resolutions and explanatory statement under Section 102 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Advertisement need to be published for the purpose of the said AGM.
