SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018, a listed entity, indentifies as a large Corporation under the framework, shall make a disclosure to the stock exchange, where its securities are listed, in the prescribed format. As per the framework provided in the aforesaid SEBI Circular, our Company i.e. Kuwer Industries Limited is not a large Corporation.
