Kurita Water Industries : Notice Concerning Determination of Matters Related to Acquisition of Treasury Shares

Kurita Water Industries Ltd. (Head office: Nakano-ku, Tokyo; President: Hirohiko Ejiri; hereinafter "Kurita") announced that we have completed today to transfer part of the shares of Kurita Creation Co., Ltd. (Head office: Nakano-ku, Tokyo; President: Shinsuke Watanabe; hereinafter "Kurita Creation"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Kurita, to Itochu Chemical Frontier Corporation (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Hideki Mizushima; hereinafter "Itochu Chemical Frontier") based on the share transfer agreement concluded with Itochu Chemical Frontier, as announced by the news release on March 30, 2026.
