The Board of Directors Meeting of KTBST REIT Management Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), as the REIT manager of KTBST Mixed Freehold Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT"), held on August 10, 2022, had passed resolutions of the distributed payment at the rate of Baht 0.1779 per unit trust which will be paid from the operating period of April 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022. The distributed payment date will be on September 8, 2022. The record date for distributed payment entitlement is August 24, 2022.
