Mr. Cummings is a partner in the law firm, International Energy Counsel of Calgary, Alberta and has extensive oil and gas industry experience both in Canada and abroad. Prior to establishing his own law firm, Mr. Cummings was General Counsel for Asamera Inc. and Bow Valley Industries Inc.
