CALGARY, May 18 /CNW/ - Kroes Energy Inc. (TSX Venture: KRS) announced
today that, due to the temporary closure of the Calgary Petroleum Club, Kroes
Energy will be changing the location of its Annual General Meeting. Please
note that the meeting of shareholders now will be held at the Harford Room,
3rd floor, Ranchmen's Club, 710 - 13 Ave SW, Calgary, AB at 3:00 p.m. on
May 31, 2005. The temporary closure of the Calgary Petroleum Club is the
result of smoke damage from a fire at an adjoining building.
