Acquisition of treasury shares
Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d. d., Ljubljana and Article 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 Krka, d. d., Novo mesto announces:
With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2026, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 9 October 2026 up to and including 15 October 2026. Krka acquired 4,808 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,236,695 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:
- on 9 October 2026: 1,015 shares at a VWAP of EUR 258.00,
- on 12 October 2026: 986 shares at a VWAP of EUR 258.49,
- on 13 October 2026: 866 shares at a VWAP of EUR 256.71,
- on 14 October 2026: 990 shares at a VWAP of EUR 257.12 and
- on 15 October 2026: 951 shares at a VWAP of EUR 255.63.
Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).
Ilirika d.d., Intercapital d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. Detailed report on acquisition of treasury shares attached.
The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,570,492 representing 7.838% of all shares issued.
The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,575,300 representing 7.853% of all shares issued.
The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.krka.biz) from 16 October 2026 onwards, for a minimum period of 5 years.
