A n n o u n c e m e n tKRI-KRI S.A. informs its shareholders that an incorrect draft of the revised Remuneration Policy, proposed by the Board of Directors for the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting, had been posted on its website.
The Company apologizes for any inconvenience caused and asks shareholders to consider the correct draft of the revised Remuneration Policy, which has already been uploaded on its website (https://www.krikri.gr/asset/122/ ) with the indication (in the title) "CORRECTED REPETITION," alongside with the corrected version of the Board of Directors' Report dated 16.03.2026, and to delete/destroy any saved or printed copies of the previous version of the document.
