In this regard, we further inform you that the Board of Directors has,at its meeting, held today i.e. Tuesday, 2Augustust, 2025, approved the allotment of 5,01,52,205Equity Shares of Rs. 1/- each as fully paid bonus equity shares, to the members whose namesappear in the Register of Members as on 25th August 2025 i.e. Record Date fixed for thispurpose, in the proportion of 2:25 i.e 2 (Two) Equity Share of Re 1/- each for every 25 (Twenty-Five) Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each held.
