KPT Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 12th February, 2026 at 12.00 noon, at Hotel Crowne Plaza Pune City Centre C.T.S. No. 37 & 37/1, Bund Garden Road, Next to Jehangir Hospital, PUNE - 411001, for approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended as on 31.12.2025.Further, kindly note that under the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed until closing hours on February 14th, 2026.
