Pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons of the Company read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) it is hereby informed that the trading window for dealing in shares of the company for all the designated persons will remain closed from Wednesday, 1st July 2026 till the expirty of 48 hours after the date of declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending on 30th June 2026.the date of Board meeting for consideration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on 30th June 2026 will be intimated separately in due course.Accordingly, all designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid trading window closure period.
